What will we be charged after the first year?

Because your subscription is auto-renewing, you will be charged the same amount year after year. Once you purchase Ministry Grid, you are locked in at that price unless you use a promo code.

What is the cancellation policy?

Ministry Grid is a subscription that auto-renews based on your plan of choice. You can cancel your Ministry Grid subscription at any time right from within our application. For monthly subscriptions, we do not offer refunds. For annual subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. We also offer a 10-day grace period for all annual renewals.

Do we pay extra for more people?

Nope. You do not have to worry about the number of people you will be training. Whether you have 5 or 5,000 users, the price is the same.

Can we purchase Ministry Grid tax free?

Yes! If you create a Lifeway Billing Account, it will enable you to apply tax exemption to your order, if applicable for your church and in accordance with your state tax exemption laws. You are currently unable to purchase Ministry Grid with a credit card and receive tax exemption. You must purchase with a Lifeway Billing Account.

On top of this, your subscription also includes full access to Leadership Pipeline content that covers all six core competencies and helpful overviews of each. So yes, we are a learning management system with the tools to deliver training to your people, but we also have a robust catalog of training so you don’t have to re-invent the wheel!
