Choose one of six women's ministry training courses listed below. These courses cover common leadership challenges and how you can overcome these obstacles in your church, ministry, or organization.

In this course, Kelly King explores this concept to give basic purpose to your ministry by describing three powerful words: encourage, embrace, and echo, Courtney Veasey describes how we can cultivate humility in our lifestyle and leadership through exploring Philippians 2 to reveal three key insights, and Kasey Ewig explores this dangerous situation where women in ministry can “die on the vine” if they are not being poured into by the Lord before they pour out. 

In this course, Casey Merrifield shares insight into what causes conflict in the first place, addresses questions often creating responses from self-preservation, and offers three insights into an alternative response, Carolyn Tatem explores how leading through trial can find its foundation and instruction in four elements of God as the Rock, and Cynthia Hopkins explores balancing the two by contrasting three harmful postures leaders often take with three beneficial stances to empower us to love those difficult to like.

Course 4:
Leading a Women's Bible Study

Choosing, promoting, and preparing for a women's Bible study at your church may feel daunting or overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. Kelly King examines considerations for choosing the right Bible study for your group, ways to promote the Bible study in your church and community, and resources and tools to help you lead and teach.

In this course, Dawn Stephens explores being a women in a man’s world through offering tips and advice to navigate with love, honor, and respect, Merritt Johnston shares three ways Christ put teams together and offers nine questions to help you find, recruit, and approach your ideal team, Lauren Sparks shares insight into event planning and executing, including spreading the word, finding your team, creating a clear mission, and intentionally following up.

In this course, Kelly King describes simple ways to mentor which can aid your ministry whether you are looking to encourage mentoring, develop a mentoring system, or establish a church culture of mentoring, Whitley Tracey unpacks three key ways women can step into ministry with girls, and Kim Whitten unpacks these and offers three alternatives to encourage single women within your women’s ministry.
